A private cloud for family and friends.
Your photos and your files in one place, with one account. It runs on a computer at Tommy's home in Australia, not at a big tech company.
Photos
Back up the photos and videos from your phone automatically and browse them anywhere. Share an album with the family when you want to.
Files
Keep documents and folders safe and in sync between your computer and your phone, like a private Dropbox.
One account
One login for both, protected with a second step: a code on your phone or a passkey. Signing in with Google works too.
How joining works
1. Ask Tommy
The cloud is invite-only. Tommy sends you a personal link that works once.
2. Create your account
Open the link, choose a password, and set up the second step on your phone (or sign in with Google).
3. Get the apps
Install the photos and files apps, tap "Log in with Qioqvi account", and you're in.

House rules
Short, because it's family.
- It's free and run on a best-effort basis. Tommy looks after it, but there's no guarantee it never goes down.
- Everything is backed up, but please keep your own copy of anything you couldn't bear to lose.
- Your account is just for you. Please don't share it.
- Photos and videos go in the photos app; the files app is for documents and folders.
- Each person has a storage plan. If you need more, just ask.
- If the cloud ever closes, you'll get plenty of notice and help to take all your data with you.
Your privacy
What happens to your data, in plain words. A full privacy policy is coming.
- Where it is: on Tommy's own equipment in Australia. Your photos and files don't pass through any big tech company on the way.
- Who can see it: only you, and the people you choose to share with.
- Tommy, honestly: as the person running the computer, he could technically reach the files on its disks. He doesn't look at them, and admin access is only used to fix problems, with your permission.
- Backups: made every night and encrypted, so a stolen backup disk is unreadable.
- What's kept about visits: technical logs (including IP addresses) are kept only for a short time, mostly two weeks, and login history for 30 days. Nothing is sold or used for ads, and no content is analysed.
- Leaving: you can download all your data at any time. Deleted data disappears from the backups within about six months.
